Salaam Cards strives to give our customer the best satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product we cannot accept returns and exchanges.

Please note that most Salaam Cards products are handcrafted so allow for very minor imperfections. All products are inspected before shipment to assure they are delivered in the best condition.

Shipping

At Salaam Cards we process our orders as quickly as possible. Please look closely at each product listing for shipment processing time. Most products are shipped within the 1-3 business day. Our favors take a bit longer for processing. If you need your purchase in a shorter time period then our processing time we will do our best to fit the time period in which you will need your purchase delivered to you. 

Please Note: When sipping is applicable: Our Shipping Rates are flat rates and are not calculated by weight nor distance. They are flat rates per piece.
